This easy to prepare Egg-Drop Soup will become a family favorite. Feeds two.
- 5 medium eggs
- 6 teaspoons Orrington Farms Broth Base & Seasoning (Chicken)
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cooked Minute Rice
In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs until yolks are well blended. Set aside. In a large saucepan add water, broth base, and pepper and bring to boil. Slowly stir in eggs. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until eggs harden. Add cooked Minute Rice and stir until heated through. This recipe tastes great and you can make with or without gluten-free ingredients.
