About Me

My name is Tracy Dugie and I am a Notary Public commissioned in the State of New Mexico. I have been a certified notary public off and on for over 30 years. I started Desert Sage Mobile Notary, LLC in 2019 and began serving Las Cruces and the surrounding areas as a mobile notary. As a Notary Signing Agent, I have a working knowledge of home mortgages, loan terms and documents, lending practices and how the real property recording and title industries operate. I have successfully completed over 500 loan signings. In addition to traditional notary work I also proctor exams for online learning institutions, and assist employers by providing a local service to assist with completion of Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification for remote worker(s) located in the Las Cruces area. I enjoy camping, mountain biking, and gardening.
